A 2001 vintage Sherry butt of blended malt from Perth-based blender and bottler Decadent Drinks.
Aged for 23 years including a year long finish in an ex-Ardbeg butt and bottled at natural cask strength of 45.1% The result is a wonderfully rich, cohesive and rounded old school Sherry-influenced malt with a remarkably gentle peat character. A perfect winter dram.
