The third flagship single malt release from Holyrood Distillery. Holyrood use their knowledge of heritage and speciality malts and yeasts giving a broad variety of flavours to create complex and flavourful whisky at any age.
Ambir is a deliciously sweet and sticky single malt expression with a balance of sweet malts and fruity yeasts wrapped in warming spicy vanilla from maturation in first-fill Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks.
