A single cask Highland single malt from Ben Nevis matured in second-fill Oloroso. This release is named Step Back in Time, a nod to the distillery’s rugged, old-world character and the sense of tradition that permeates their liquid.

On the nose, it’s savoury and playful: grilled pears, prosciutto and hints of tobacco, opening into sea-salted caramel, roasted pineapple and hazelnuts. The palate is bold and textured, with sultanas, stracciatella yoghurt and a meaty edge that’s telling of Ben Nevis.

A robust, characterful Highland whisky that celebrates the distillery exactly as it is; unchanged and uncompromising.
