60ml Lind & Lime Gin
15ml Extra Dry Vermouth

Chill a coupe glass in the freezer at least half an hour before making (alternatively fill coupe with ice and water to rapid chill). Pour the ingredients into an iced mixing glass, ice and stir down until chilled and mixed. Strain into coupe, discarding the ice and water beforehand if appropriate. Garnish with a thin twist of lime.
