This is the third in a series of annual limited edition bottlings from Lochlea Distillery. Each batch is bottled straight from the casks without water, much like trying samples from the warehouse itself!
Made up of a spirit aged in a carefully selected combination of Oloroso Sherry Butts and ex-Islay peated casks, balancing richness and depth with a surprising twist of smoke.

Aromas of ripe red fruit with a hint of smoky bacon.
Cherries, brown sugar with spicy ginger cake and dark rye coming through on the palate. The finish is long and rich with lingering notes of oak and salty smoke.
