Fallow Edition 3rd Crop is the third in the final set of four limited edition bottlings. This marks the end of Lochlea Distillery's Seasonal series, created to mirror the changing of the seasons on their Ayrshire farm.

Aged up from the previous 'Crops', the influence of the first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks used has given an intense colouration as well as rich wintery flavours of baked apple, date, and manuka honey. The rich Sherry character works in harmony with the core Lochlea spirit notes of fresh fruit and cereal.
