We find dry Sherries lend themselves beautifully to a range of different foods - particularly olives. We wanted to find an olive producer who shares our passion for quality products and prioritises taste above all.
This is where Silver & Green came in - purveyors of quality Mediterranean delicacies based in Penrith, Cumbria. Their Sweet Basil olives pair perfectly with the Port Of Leith Distillery Manzanilla Sherry although it's fortunate that they pair rather nicely with a range of different drinks, too.
