Six year old limited release from The Glasgow Distillery showcasing their own peated single malt, distilled from barley malted using mainland peat which has been then finished in a refill Bourbon hogshead that previously held peated single malt from an Islay distillery.
Mainland peat offers sweet smoke and campfire notes, in contrast with Islay’s citrus and salinity creating a unique flavour profile.

The palate offers notes of golden syrup, bright citrus fruits with fresh ginger sponge cake, and flamed orange peel.
The finish is long lasting with notes of sweet cinnamon, oak, and subtle smoke.
